Swanvika Summerhouse 8D is 110 m2 with two lovely terraces, one of which offers a partial sea view. There is a bright entrance with closet space. A delightful kitchen-dining area with a dining table and a living room with TV. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, kettle, and coffee machine. There are two bathrooms with a toilet and shower, one of which also has a washing machine and dryer. The summerhouse has three bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds and a third bedroom with a sofa bed. All bedrooms naturally have ample closet space. There is underfloor heating in all rooms with individual control.

Summerhouse 8D - Information
* Square footage and layout: 110 m2 on one level (ground floor).
* Number of bedrooms: Three bedrooms, two of them with double beds, and the third with a sofa bed (total of 4-6 sleeping places).
* Number of bathrooms: Two bathrooms.
* Appliances: Stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, and dryer.
* Internet: Yes, there is wireless internet in the summerhouse.
* Kitchen equipment: The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchenware, kettle, and coffee machine.
* Heating: There is underfloor heating in all rooms.
* TV: There is a TV in the summerhouse.
* Pets: Pets are not allowed in Summerhouse 8D.
* Baby package: For EUR 69, you can rent a baby package consisting of a high chair and a crib.
* Distance to the sea: 200 meters.
* Distance to shopping: 600 meters (Dagli' Brugsen Svaneke).
* Arrival day: From June 29th to August 31st, Saturday is the arrival/departure day. In other periods, you can generally choose your arrival day within the week. However, there may be restrictions on the choice of arrival day in some periods due to other bookings at Swanvika. You don't need to rent for whole weeks as a rule. This allows you to tailor your holiday to your preferences, and you can choose to travel on the cheapest ferry days, usually Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
* Arrival and departure times: You can enter the holiday home from 16:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the holiday home no later than 10:00, so that we can clean the house for the next guests.
* Cleaning and water/electricity consumption: Both cleaning upon arrival and departure, as well as water and electricity consumption, are included in your rental price
