Finnish wood sauna
The Finnish wood sauna offers dry and intense heat, reaching between 70 and 80 degrees Celsius. The combination of dry heat followed by a cold plunge provides a refreshing experience that stimulates circulation.
Infrared sauna
This special sauna provides a unique form of heat where the surroundings, rather than the air, are warmed. It uses infrared technology to create gentle and soothing warmth that envelops you. This experience is not only relaxing but also beneficial for circulation as it increases blood flow.
Steam bath
A warm steam bath enhances blood circulation, alleviates pain, and reduces inflammation. As the steam rises, the light in the sauna gradually changes, mimicking a sunrise with golden rays before the light levels increase and finally dim like a sunset. The light therapy combined with the warm steam provides a unique stress-relieving effect, while the steam soothes from within and relieves muscle tension.
Bio sauna
The bio sauna is a mix of a traditional Finnish sauna and a steam bath, but at a lower temperature for a comfortable warmth. Maintaining a temperature of about 60 degrees Celsius, it offers a unique form of relaxation and well-being.

Ice and warm steam
Humans are designed to withstand significant fluctuations from harsh frost to tropical heat. In the spa, your body can experience both. In the Kneipp pools, the water alternates between 0 degrees and tropical warmth. You can also massage your body with ice from the ice fountain. When the body alternates between warm steam and cold water, your immune system is boosted. After a heat session in the saunas, your blood vessels expand, achieving the greatest effect with subsequent cooling in cold water from the plunge bucket, a cold shower, or a dip in the cold water well.
Outdoor jacuzzi
Enjoy a glass of champagne in the large outdoor jacuzzi with a sea view as the sun slowly sets on the horizon behind you. The bubbles from the jets in the spa bath massage your body, helping you to relax completely.
