How does the Damage-Guarantee work?
We can all accidentally make an injure - even when we're on holiday. When you have purchased a Damage-Guarantee, you are guaranteed that you yourself will not be liable for damages that you or your traveling companions may cause to the holiday home or the furnishings in the holiday home.
What does the Damage-Guarantee cover?
The Damage-Guarantee covers all damage to the holiday home and the furniture. There is no deductible. Regardless of the size of the damage, Team Bornholm will cover the cost of the repair if you become liable for damages. The Damage-Guarantee therefore ensures you a safe holiday without unforeseen extra expenses.
Are there exceptions to the coverage?
The Damage-Guarantee basically covers all damage to the holiday home and/or the furniture. But if you or your traveling companions intentionally cause damage - for example if you vandalize the holiday home/inventory - the Damage Guarantee does not cover. The guarantee also does not cover if it is your dog that has caused any damage and the damage is already covered by your dog insurance. If you do not have dog insurance and/or there is a deductible on your insurance, the Damage-Guarantee covers the damage as well as your possible deductible.
What does the Damage-Guarantee cost?
The Damage-Guarantee costs EUR 41 per booking, and you must order the guarantee no later than the day before your arrival.
What do I do if an injury occurs?
