Time of Arrival
You will be able to check in to your holiday home from 15:00 on the arrival day. Read more under "Keys" if you arrive late at night.
Time of Departure
On the day of departure, we ask that you leave the holiday home no later than 10:00, so that we can prepare the holiday home for the next guests.
Arrival days
In the period 3 July - 14 August, Saturday is the arrival/departure day. In other periods, you can basically freely choose the arrival day of the week. In some periods, due to the other bookings, however, there may be restrictions on the choice of arrival day. As a rule, you don't need to rent for whole weeks either outside the period of 3 July - 14 August. It gives you the opportunity to put together the holiday according to your choice, just as you can choose to travel on the cheapest ferry days. The cheapest ferry days are usually Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Baby package
You can rent a baby package consisting of: High chair, crib, stroller (sturdy umbrella stroller with a canopy, where the backrest can be fully reclined), changing pad, and bathtub. We kindly ask you to reserve the baby package when you make your booking.
Bike rental
Bornholm's extensive network of cycle paths starts just 100 meters from Søterrasserne. You have the option of renting bikes at the sister resort, Klintely, which is close to the Søterrasserne. Just remember to order the bikes no later than the day before you need them. You order the bikes by calling +45 20 22 11 79. The prices per bike is:
· 1 day: DKK 80
· 2 days: DKK 155
· 3 days: DKK 200
· Extra day: DKK 40
· Helmet DKK 25 per person
Book more than one apartment
If you wish to book more than one apartment at once, you just have to make a regular order for one apartment via the internet, and then note in the comments field on the order form that you want two apartments. We then carry out a manual handling of your order.
Bus to Søterrasserne
The bus stop is approximately 200 meters away from Søterrasserne. The schedule for all bus routes on Bornholm can be found here: bat.dk.
Cleaning
A holiday must be a holiday! That is why we make sure to clean your apartment on arrival/departure - so you are always sure that the apartment is properly cleaned on your arrival, and you are free from the work of cleaning yourself before your departure. When you order through us, cleaning is always included in your rental price. You therefore do not have to pay extra for the cleaning. On your departure, we therefore simply ask you to ensure that the furniture is in its place, the kitchenware is washed up, and any waste is handed over to the area's environmental station.
Dogs
Unfortunately, it is not allowed to bring dogs or other pets to Søterrasserne. If you wish to travel with pets, we recommend you visiting this page.
Duvets/Bed linen
There are duvets and pillows in the apartment. Bed linen and towels are therefore the only thing you must bring yourself. Alternatively, you can rent a linen package, consisting of sheets, pillow and duvet covers as well as a large and a small towel, for 22 EUR per person. Please remember to pre-order if you want to rent bed linen/towels.
Electric cars
Unfortunately, it is not legal to charge electric cars by pulling out power cables from the holiday apartment, as the holiday apartment's electricity network is not built for the load from electric cars. If you have an electric car, we refer you to charging at the nearby public charging stations instead.
Freezing options
Every apartment at Søterrasserne has a fridge with a small freezingbox.
Grill
There is a barbecue at your disposal in the holiday apartments. Please note that you must clean the grill yourself after use.
Internet
There is free wireless internet in Søterrasserne. Transmission strength may vary. If you need to use the internet connection for work-related matters, we therefore recommend that you bring your own mobile broadband. If the network does not function optimally, this does not provide a basis for financial compensation. You will find the code for the internet in your apartment.
Keys
Together with your booking confirmation, you will also receive information on how to get the key to your holiday apartment. It works easily - and it's no problem if you arrive late at night.
Parking
You can park for free right at Søterrasserne.
Shopping
Dagli' Brugsen in Tejn is the closest grocery store (1,6 kilometers from Søterrasserne), but you can also shop at Netto and SuperBrugsen in Allinge, which is 2,5 kilometers from Søterrasserne.
Washingmaschine/Laundry room
Apartment 74B has a washing machine and dryer at your disposal. Unfortunately, there are no laundry facilities in Apartment 74C, but if you need to wash clothes during your holiday, you are welcome at the sister resort, Storløkke Feriepark, where you can do laundry for DKK 50 per person. wash. The address for Storløkke Feriepark is Genvej 4-6, 3770 Allinge. Ask at reception and the staff will show you the way to the laundry room.
Tea towels, toilet paper and more
Upon your arrival, there is a tea towel, dish cloth and a starting supply of toilet paper in the holiday apartment. If you need more, you must bring/purchase this yourself.
Terms of payment
We kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 25% of the trip price no later than 10 days after you receive our confirmation of your booking. The balance must be paid no later than 45 days before your arrival. If you order less than 45 days before your arrival, we ask you to pay the day after you have received our confirmation of your order.
