Time of Arrival
You will be able to check in to your apartment from 15:00 on the arrival day. Read more under "Keys"
Time of Departure
On the day of departure, we ask that you leave the apartment no later than 10:00, so that we can prepare the apartment for the next guests.
Arrival days
From June 30th to August 3rd, Sunday is the designated arrival/departure day. During other periods, you can generally choose your arrival day freely throughout the week. However, due to other bookings, there may be some limitations on the choice of arrival days in certain periods. You are not required to rent for whole weeks as a basic rule. This flexibility allows you to tailor your vacation according to your preferences, and you can opt to travel on the most economical ferry days, usually Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Baby package
You can rent a baby package consisting of: High chair, crib, stroller (sturdy umbrella stroller with a canopy, where the backrest can be fully reclined), changing pad, and bathtub. We kindly ask you to reserve the baby package when you make your booking.
Book several apartments at once
If you wish to book several apartments at once, you just have to make a regular booking for one apartment via the internet - and then note in the comments field on the booking form how many apartments you want. We then carry out a manual handling of your booking.
Bus to Sandvig Apartments
The bus stop is approximately 150 meters from Sandvig Apartments. The schedule for all bus routes on Bornholm can be found here: bat.dk.
Cleaning
A holiday must be a holiday! That is why we make sure to clean your holiday apartment on arrival/departure - so you are always sure that the holiday apartment is properly cleaned on your arrival, and you are free from the work of cleaning yourself before your departure. When you order through us, cleaning is always included in your rental price. You therefore do not have to pay extra for the cleaning. On your departure, we therefore simply ask you to ensure that the furniture is in its place, the kitchenware is washed up, and any waste is handed over to the area's environmental station.
Duvets and bed linen
There are duvets and pillows in the holiday apartment. Bed linen and towels are therefore the only thing you must bring yourself. Alternatively, you can rent a linen package, consisting of sheets, pillow and duvet covers as well as a large and a small towel, for 22 EUR per person. Please remember to pre-order if you want to rent bed linen/towels.
Electric cars
Unfortunately, it is not legal to charge electric cars by pulling out power cables from the holiday apartments, as the holiday apartment's electricity network is not built for the load from electric cars. If you have an electric car, we refer you to charging at the nearby public charging stations instead.
Freezing options
All apartments at Sandvig Apartments has a fridge with a small freezingbox.
Grill
A grill is available for your use in the communal courtyard. Please note that you are responsible for cleaning the grill after your use
Dogs
Unfortunately, it is not allowed to bring dogs or other pets to the holiday apartments at Sandvig Apartments. If you wish to travel with pets, we recommend you visiting this page.
Internet
There is free wireless internet at Sandvig Apartments. Transmission strength may vary. If you need to use the internet connection for work-related matters, we therefore recommend that you bring your own mobile broadband. If the network does not function optimally, this does not provide a basis for financial compensation. You will find the code for the internet in your holiday apartment.
Keys
Together with your booking confirmation, you will also receive information on how to get the key to your holiday apartment. It works easily - and it's no problem if you arrive late at night.
Parking
There are lots of free parking spaces near the holiday aparments.
Shopping
You can shop at Netto and SuperBrugsen in Allinge, which is a twin town to Sandvig. The stores are approximately 2 kilometers away from the holiday apartments.
Tea towels, toilet paper and more
Upon your arrival, there is a tea towel, dish cloth and a starting supply of toilet paper in your holiday home. If you need more, you must bring/purchase this yourself.
Terms of payment
We kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 25% of the trip price no later than 10 days after you receive our confirmation of your booking. The balance must be paid no later than 45 days before your arrival. If you order less than 45 days before your arrival, we ask you to pay the day after you have received our confirmation of your order.
