Time of arrival
You will be able to check in to your holiday apartment from 4:00 PM on the arrival day. Read more under "Keys" if you arrive late at night.

Time of departure
On the day of departure, we ask that you leave the holiday apartment no later than 10:00 AM, so that we can prepare the holiday apartment for the next guests.

Baby package
You can rent a baby package consisting of: High chair, crib, stroller (sturdy umbrella stroller with a canopy, where the backrest can be fully reclined), changing pad, and bathtub. We kindly ask you to reserve the baby package when you make your booking.

Barbeque
Unfortunately, there is no barbecue or the possibility of barbecue on Nexø Havnefront. If you want to grill, we recommend that you grill in the harbour area overlooking the sea.

Book several apartments
For example, if you want to book two apartments at once, simply place a regular booking of one apartment via the internet, and then note in the comments field on the booking form that you want two apartments. We will then handle your order manually.

Bus to Nexø Havnefront
Almost all of the island's bus routes pass Nexø - and the bus stop is just 150 meters from Nexø Havnefront You can therefore easily get to and from your holiday apartment in Nexø Havnefront, even if you do not have a car with you. Cleaning
Holidays must be holidays! Therefore, we make sure to clean your apartment on arrival / departure - then you are always sure that the apartment is properly cleaned on your arrival, and you are free from the work of cleaning yourself before your departure. When you book through us, cleaning is always included in your rental price. You therefore do not have to pay extra for the cleaning. Upon your departure, we therefore ask you to simply make sure that the furniture is in place, the kitchen service has been washed up, and any waste has been handed in at the area's environmental station.

Dishwasher
There is a dishwasher in the apartments on Nexø Havnefront.

Dogs
Unfortunately, it is not allowed to bring a dog or other pets in the holiday apartments on Nexø Havnefront. If you travel with a dog or other pet, you can look at this page and get inspiration for where you can live instead.

Duvets / Bed linen
There are duvets and pillows in the apartment. Bed linen and towels are therefore the only thing you must bring yourself. Alternatively, you can rent a linen package, consisting of sheets, pillow and duvet covers as well as a large and a small towel, for DKK 22 EUR per person. Remember to pre-order on the booking form or on +45 56 95 85 66 if you want to rent bed linen / towels.

Elevator
There are stairs up to holiday apartments in Nexø Havnefront, but you are also welcome to use the lift.

Grill
Unfortunately, there is no barbecue or the possibility of a barbecue at Nexø Havnefront. If you want to grill, we recommend that you grill in the harbor area with a view of the sea.

Keys
When we send you your holiday confirmation, we will also inform you about how to get the key to your holiday apartment. It works easily - and it's no problem, if you arrive late at night.

Internet
There is free wireless internet in the holiday apartments. Transmission strength may vary. If you must use the internet connection for work-related reasons, we therefore recommend that you bring your own mobile broadband. If the network does not function optimally, this does not provide a basis for financial compensation. You will find the code for the internet in your holiday apartment.

Parking lot
There is free parking 150 meters from Nexø Havnefront where you also find public chargers for electric cars.

Power and water consumption
Electricity and water consumption are included in your rental price.

Payment terms
We kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 25% of the price of the trip within 10 days after you have received our confirmation of your booking. The balance must be paid no later than 45 days before your arrival. If you book less than 45 days before your arrival, we ask you to pay the day after you have received our confirmation of your booking.

Shopping
Netto, Kvickly, Lidl and Coop 365 are all a short walk from Nexø Havnefront.

Towels, toilet paper and more
Upon arrival, there is a tea towel, dishcloth and a boot stock of toilet paper and paper towels in your holiday apartment. If you need further, we ask you to bring / purchase this.

Washing machine and dryer
There is a communal washing machine and dryer in the basement at Nexø Havnefront, which you can use free of charge.
