Boderne No. 1 is located in the small cozy fishing village Boderne on the south coast of Bornholm. Choose between standard holiday apartments, apartments with beautiful sea views or a 6-person holiday home with panoramic sea views. You will stay in lovely and quiet surroundings, only 200 meters from the beautiful beach at Boderne. The holiday home and the holiday apartments are located above the terrain, but with a correspondingly raised parking space, so that you easily have access to both the holiday home and the apartments.

In addition to the beautiful sandy beach, Boderne is also known for Bornholm's largest and most exclusive clothing store; Stærmose, where you can buy lovely, branded products at sale prices. If you are up for an amazing experience you should take a 10-minute drive to the experience center "NaturBornholm", where you will experience exciting tablaous about how Bornholm developed over billions of years from red-hot lava to the lush sunshine island that we know today. "Naturbornholm" is an exciting experience for all ages.

Ground floor apartment: Entrance-hall with entrance to bathroom, combined living room and small kitchen, with among other things: coffee machine, kettle and refrigerator. The living room, which has an impressive panoramic sea view, has a double bed, dining table and TV. From the living room you will have access to a private terrace with sea views. There is also a terrace at the entrance, so you can enjoy both morning and evening sun.

Holiday apartment for 2 people - Sea view

Ground floor apartment: Entrance-hall with entrance to bathroom and combined living room and small kitchen with among other things: coffee machine, kettle and refrigerator. The living room has a double bed, dining table and TV. From the living room you will have access to a private terrace with beautiful sea views. There is also a terrace at the entrance, so you are able to enjoy the sun in both the morning and the evening.

Ground floor apartment: Entrance-hall with entrance to bathroom and combined living room and small kitchen with, among other things, coffee machine, kettle and refrigerator. The living room has a double bed, dining table and TV. From the living room you will have access to a private terrace. There is also a terrace at the entrance, so you have both morning and evening sun. This type of apartment does not have a definite sea view, but you will have a small view of the sea, which is limited by trees.

Ground floor apartment: Entrance-hall with entrance to bedroom (2 single beds which can be put together) and small kitchen with, among other things, coffee machine, kettle and refrigerator. The entrance hall leads on to the living room with dining table, TV and sofa bed (for 2 people). From the living room there is an entrance to the bathroom and access to a private terrace with sea views. There is also a terrace at the entrance, so you have both morning and evening sun.

Holiday home for 6 people - Havhytten - Panorama Sea view

The former director's residence at Boderne No. 1 has been converted into a beautiful 6-person holiday home with an impressive panoramic sea view. The holiday home is located in the first row to the sea and is therefore also called "Havhytten" which translates to "The Sea Cabin". The holiday home is decorated as follows: Entrance-hall with stairs up to the 1st floor and entrance to the bathroom and living room. The living room is connected to the dining room as well as the large and well-equipped kitchen. There are sea views from both the living room and the dining room. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has 4 single beds. Those can be made into 2 double beds. * Suitable for people with walking difficulties: Yes, Boderne No. 1 is also a good resort, if you have difficulty walking. There are thus no steps in or up to the apartments, as the parking lot is raised so that you can almost walk directly from the parking lot and into your apartment. At some of the apartments with sea views, however, there is a terrace with three steps.
* Pets: In some of the apartments pets are allowed. If you want to bring your dog/cat, we ask you to please inform us in a note with your booking. There will be an additional price of EUR 48, -, if you bring your dog/cat due to the extra cleaning, which must be performed after your departure.
* Included in the price: Cleaning on arrival / departure as well as electricity consumption is included in your rental price.
* Day of arrival: You are free to choose the day of arrival of the week, and you do not have to rent for whole weeks. You can thus also choose short breaks of ex 3-4 nights. It allows you to put together the holiday completely according to your choice, just as you can choose to travel on the cheapest ferry days. The cheapest ferry days are usually Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

You get a discount if you choose 7 or more nights. Enter your desired period in the inquiry box to see your discount. The more nights you choose, the more discount you get.

Price guarantee

All prices include electricity, water and heat consumption, cleaning on arrival / departure as well as the possibility of borrowing bicycles for free and sickness cancellation insurance. There are thus no hidden surcharges - and you are guaranteed a price guarantee.

Safety Guarantee

The world has become unpredictable. At Boderne No. 1 you can book your stay with a Safety-Guarantee, which ensures that you can cancel your holiday for free if you still do not want to travel. You do not have to state a reason and you can cancel up to 30 days before your arrival. The price is just EUR 41,- per holiday home.
