Time of arrival
On the day of your arrival, you will have access to your room from 3.00 PM. In some cases it may be possible with an earlier check-in. Contact reception on phone +45 56 90 44 44 if you want an earlier check-in time. Please note that we cannot guarantee that it is possible with an earlier check-in time.
Time of departure
On the day of departure, we ask you to leave your room at 11:00 AM, so that we can clean the room for the next guests. If you depart on a Sunday in the period 1 October to 1 March, you can stay in your room until 4:00 PM at no additional cost. This way you can almost get a whole extra day of holiday.
Breakfast
One of the best breakfasts on Bornholm is available in the Griffen Spahotel from 06:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Breakfast is included in your room rate.
Bus
If you wish to take to bus to Griffen Spahotel the bus stop is approximately 550 meters from the hotel. The schedule for all bus routes on Bornholm can be found here: bat.dk.
Children (0-3 years)
If you travel with children aged 0-3 to Griffen Spahotel, up to one child can stay in the room with you for free. It is only possible to bring one child per double room unless you also rent a cot. If you want a cot, it costs EUR 48 per person. stay. Pillow and duvet are not included with the cot, but please bring your own. If you are traveling with children (0-3 years), please indicate this in the comments field when booking, or call +45 56 90 44 44.
Dogs and other pets
Unfortunately it is not possible to bring dogs or other pets to Griffen Spahotel.
Electric cars
If you have an electric car, there are special parking lots with charging stations for electric cars at the Griffen Spahotel.

Rooms and spa area are accessible by lift.
Internet
Free WiFi is available in all rooms. Password information will be available upon check-in. Please bear in mind that the connection speed may vary, depending on the number of simultaneous users. There will be no financial compensation for a slow connection.

There is a hairdryer, kettle and refrigerator in your room.

Key handover takes place at the reception at Griffen Spahotel. The reception is staffed around the clock, but if you wish to arrive after 6:00 PM, please contact us no later than the day before your arrival:

Non-smoking hotel
Please note that the Griffen Spahotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is therefore not permitted indoors, on the hotel's terraces/balconies or in the outdoor restaurant areas.

Griffen Spahotel welcomes you in the hotel's restaurant, which has a fantastic sea view - regardless of whether you choose to sit indoors or on the beautiful terrace. Terms of payment
We ask that you make a deposit of 25% of the total fee, no more than 10 days after receiving your order confirmation. We ask that you pay the residual sum no later than 45 days prior to your arrival. If you have made your reservation less than 45 days before your arrival, we ask that you pay the fee in full, the day after receiving your order confirmation.
The Spa area
As an overnight guest at the Griffen Spahotel, you have free access to the large spa and wellness area. In your room there are slippers and a bathrobe. You just have to remember to bring your own swimwear. The spa and wellness area has an age limit of 16 years, and unfortunately there is no possibility of exemption from this age limit.
Remember to book a spa time
As a hotel guest, you can easily book your spa times by contacting the reception, where they are ready to assist you. There is no limit to the number of times you can enjoy the spa during your stay.
