Allinge
Allinge on Northern Bornholm was the original destination, when tourism first began on Bornholms in the early 1900s. The beaches in Allinge might not be the widest and longest, but they are some of the most charming. Balka
Balka is a charming fishing village on the east coast of Bornholm, and is located between Snogebæk and Dueodde. Here, you will find the most beautiful and child friendly beaches. There are cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as the very well known cafe "Søren's" on the harbour in Snogebæk, where it will be possible to listen to live music, every evening, throughout the summer. Dueodde
Dueodde is the southernmost point on Bornholm. Clear waters and white sandy beaches as far as the eye can see. The sand at Dueodde is so fine that, in the old days, it was exported to England and France, to be used in hourglasses. It has been said that even the Emperor Napoleon had an hourglass with sand from Dueodde. Dueodde is a miniature town with restaurant, small shops, and an ice cream parlour. Gudhjem
The harbour is the centre of Gudhjem. There is a hum from the little cafes. Daily departures for Christiansø east of Bornholm. M/S Thor offers trips along the coast to the beautiful rock formation "Helligdomsklipperne" located directly below Bornholm's Art Museum. Click for price and availability
Hasle
Hasle's history dates back to the 1100s, but it was not until the 1500s that the town became really known. Hasle slowly developed into an industrious fishing and agricultural town, with an important side business of producing schnapps. Today, Hasle is thriving town, with beautiful natural surroundings. Rønne
Most visitors to Bornholm pass through Rønne, as they arrive by ferry to Rønne Harbour. Rønne is also known for its charming town square, close to the old part of the town, with its winding streets and timber framed houses. Rønne has several museums and lovely sandy beaches. Sandkås
The area around Sandkås is exclennet for hiking, for example in "Storedalen", which was formed during the latest ice age. Along the coast you will find the old coastal path, where you can experience the stunning combination of white sandy beach and towering rocks. Click for price and availability
Sandvig
Allinge-Sandvig on Northern Bornholm. Allinge-Sandvig was the original destination, when tourism first began on Bornholm, in the beginning of the 1900s. Just outside Sandvig lies Hammerknuden, and the largest castle ruin in Northern Europe, Hammershus. Look forward to beautiful hikes and panoramic views of the Baltic Sea.
