Time of arrival
On the day of your arrival, you will have access to your room from 3 PM. If you wish to have earlier access to your room, feel free to inform us of this at the time of booking, and we will do our best to comply with your request. If your arrive later than 5 PM, we kindly ask that you inform us hereof.
Time of departure
On the day of your departure we ask you to leave your room no later than 11 AM, so that we can prepare the room for the next guests. If you would like a different check-out time, please contact reception on +45 56 90 44 44 or book@bornholmhotels.dk.
Age limit
Please be aware that the hotel has an age limit of minimum 16 years. This has been chosen to create the best possible conditions for you to have a holiday filled with calm, well-being and immersion.
Breakfast
One of the best breakfasts on Bornholm is available at Fredensborg Badehotel from 07:00 to 10:30. We hope that you enjoy it!
Bus
If you wish to take to bus to Fredensborg Badehotel, the bus stop is approximately 65 meters from the hotel. The schedule for all bus routes on Bornholm can be found here: bat.dk.
Disability access
There are no steps from the hotel carpark and into the hotel. In-room toilet and bath stools available. Ramp to the hotel restaurant. The bar area, etc., is accessible for wheelchair users. Elevator to the first and second floors.
Electric cars
Fredensborg Badehotel has chargers available for electric cars.
Free bicycle rental
You can borrow bicycles free of charge at the reception desk at Fredensborg Badehotel. You collect and hand in the bicycle key at the reception at Hotel GSH.
Lift
All floors are accessible by lift.

Free WiFi is available in all rooms. Password information will be available upon check-in. Please bear in mind that the connection speed may vary, depending on the number of simultaneous users. There will be no financial compensation for a slow connection.

The reception is open between 07:00 AM and 8:30 PM. Outside this time, you can contact the staff in the restaurant or the night porter. If, on the day of departure, you must travel before 07:00 AM, we ask you to settle any additional purchases - including restaurant visits - no later than 8:00 PM the day before your departure.
Restaurant
Fredensborg Badehotel welcomes you in the hotel's restaurant, which has a fantastic sea view - regardless of whether you choose to sit indoors or on the beautiful terrace. The hotel's restaurant is very frequented by both locals and tourists. Table reservations are necessary and can be made by:

Pets
Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring your pet to Fredensborg Badehotel.
Smokefree hotel
Please be aware that Fredensborg Badehotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is therefore not permitted indoors, on the hotel's terraces/balconies or in the outdoor restaurant areas.
The Bornholm Diamond Spa
When you stay at Fredensborg Badehotel, you will receive 50 % discount on entry to the large spa and wellness area, The Bornholm Diamond Spa, at our sister hotel Griffen Spahotel, Nordre Kystvej 34, 3700 Rønne. The spa and wellness area has an age limit of 16 years of age. Entry to the spa includes a spa package, containing towel, robe, and slippers, which you can collect at reception in Griffen Spahotel. Remember to bring a swimming suit.
