Arrival days
As a rule, there are no set days for arrival or departure.
Arrival time
You will be able to check in to your holiday apartment from 4 PM. Please read more under "Keys" if you arrive late at night.
Departure time
On the day of departure, we ask that you leave the holiday apartment no later than 10 AM, so that we can prepare the apartment for the next guests.
Baby package
You can rent a baby package consisting of: High chair, crib, stroller (sturdy umbrella stroller with a canopy, where the backrest can be fully reclined), changing pad, and bathtub. We kindly ask you to reserve the baby package when you make your booking.
Book more than one apartment
If you wish to book more than one apartment, all you have to do is book one apartment, and make a note in the comment section, of how many apartments you would like to book. We will take care of your reservation manually. Of course, you are always welcome to call us on (0045) 56 95 85 66.
Bus to Svaneke Savværk

Disability conditions
Unfortunately, Svaneke Savværk does not have specially designed apartment for the physically disabled. Please note that the apartments for 7 people are accessible by stairs. If you need a holiday apartment suitable for people with physical disabilities, please contact us at +45 56 95 85 66.
Dishtowel, toilet paper, etc.
Upon your arrival, you will find a dishtowel, dishcloth, and a start-up inventory of toilet paper and kitchen towels, in your holiday apartment. Should you require extra, we ask that you bring, or purchase, this yourself.
Dogs
In some of the apartments at Svaneke Savværk, it is permitted to bring dogs/cats. If you wish to bring your four-legged friend on holiday, we ask that you inform us of this when making your reservation. Due to the extra cleaning required, we charge a fee of EUR 48, for bringing a dog/cat. If you are bringing three dogs, or more, the fee is EUR 96. The fee covers the entirety of your stay. It is easy to bring your dog to Bornholm – even if you are travelling through Sweden, as long as you honour the requirements from the Swedish Customs Agency. Duvets and bed linen
There are duvets and pillows in the apartment. Bed linen and towels are therefore the only thing you must bring yourself. Alternatively, you can rent a linen package, consisting of sheets, pillow and duvet covers as well as a large and a small towel, for DKK 22 EUR per person. Remember to pre-order if you want to rent bed linen / towels.
Cleaning
A holiday is a holiday! We take care of the cleaning prior to your arrival and following your departure, so that you can rest easy knowing that you will arrive at a clean apartment, and you will not have to worry about cleaning before your departure. When you book your holiday with us, cleaning is always included in your fee, and there will be no extra cleaning charges. On your departure, we ask that you have placed all of your rubbish in the bin bag, and that you have washed the dishes.
Electric cars
Unfortunately, it is not legal to charge electric cars by pulling power cables out of the holiday apartment, as the resort's electricity network is not built for the load from electric cars. If you have an electric car, we instead refer you to charging at the public charging stations nearby.
Freezing opportunities
All apartments have refrigerators with a small freezer compartment.
Grill
Unfortunately there is no grill in the apartments. However, you are always welcome to bring a barbecue yourself if you want to grill. Just remember to consider the neighbors when grilling.
Hairdryer
All holiday apartments in Svaneke Savværk have hairdryers.
Internet
All holiday apartments at Svaneke Savværk have fibre-optic broadband connection. Slow or faulty internet connection will not be grounds for financial compensation.
Iron and ironing board
Both iron and ironing board is available, free of charge, at Svaneke Savværk.
Keys
You will receive the keys to your holiday apartment at Svaneke Savværk, regardless of the hour of your arrival.
Parking
You will enjoy free parking at Svaneke Savværk.
Payment terms
We ask that you make a deposit of 25 % of the total fee, no more than 10 days after receiving your order confirmation. We ask that you pay the residual sum no later than 45 days prior to your arrival. If you have made your reservation less than 45 days before your arrival, we ask that you pay the fee in full, the day after receiving your order confirmation.

All holiday apartments have washing machine and tumble dryer.
