Arrival days
As a rule, there are no set days for arrival or departure.

Check-in
You will be able to check in to your holiday apartment from 3 PM. Read more under “Keys”.

Check-out
On the day of departure, we ask that you leave the holiday apartment no later than 10 AM, so that we can prepare the apartment for the next guests.

Shopping
Dagli’ Brugsen in Snogebæk is the nearest available grocery shop (approximately 2.5 kilometres from Balka Ferielejligheder). In Nexø, approximately 4 kilometres from the holiday apartment, you will find a selection of shops, such as Kvickly, Fakta, Netto, and Lidl.

Internet
All apartments have free wireless internet access. The connection speed may vary depending on the number of simultaneous users. If you need to use the internet for work purposes, we recommend that you bring your own mobile connection. Slow or faulty internet connection will not be grounds for financial compensation. You will find the password for the internet in your apartment.

Baby package
We offer you the possibility to borrow a baby package, free of charge. The package includes: High chair, cot, stroller (umbrella stroller with canopy, and fully reclining seat), changing mat, and bathtub. We ask that you request this baby package when making your reservation.

Booking more than one apartment
If you wish to book more than one apartment, all you have to do is book one apartment, and make a note in the comment section, of how many apartments you would like to book. We will take care of your reservation manually. Of course, you are always welcome to call us on (0045) 56 95 85 66.

Terms of payment
We ask that you make a deposit of 25% of the total fee, no more than 10 days after receiving your order confirmation. We ask that you pay the residual sum no later than 45 days prior to your arrival. If you have made your reservation less than 45 days before your arrival, we ask that you pay the fee in full, the day after receiving your order confirmation.

Keys
We will notify you, of how to get the key to your holiday apartment, when sending you confirmation on your booking.

Parking
You will enjoy free parking at Balka Ferielejligheder.

Cleaning
A holiday is a holiday! We take care of the cleaning prior to your arrival and following your departure, so that you can rest easy knowing that you will arrive at a clean apartment, and you will not have to worry about cleaning before your departure. When you book your holiday with us, cleaning is always included in your fee, and there will be no extra cleaning charges. On your departure, we ask that you have placed all of your rubbish in the bin bag, and that you have washed the dishes.

Electricity
Electricity is included in the price.

Dishtowel, toilet paper, etc.
Upon your arrival, you will find a dishtowel, dishcloth, and a start-up inventory of toilet paper and kitchen towels, in your holiday apartment. Should you require extra, we ask that you bring, or purchase, this yourself.
